ThisreportsetsouttouseWorksetcolourstoassesstheaccuracyofmyjobdescriptionasPRofficerandtosuggestanumberofchanges.

Findings

ItisclearthatthereisadifferencebetweenthewaythepanyviewsthejobandtherealityasIperceiveit.Firstly,anumberofareaswhichdemandasignificantproportionofmytimearenotmentionedintheofficialjobbrief.Thesegmentonthepiechartwhichprovidesmostcauseforconcernisthepinksector;thisrelatestomyattendanceatanumberofmeetingswhichIcancontributelittle.Anothersignificantareaisthegreysegment;thisreferstotheunscheduledtimeIspendsortingoutputerproblems.Ifeeltheseactivitiesarehamperingmycorework.Ascanbeseenfromthepiecharts,thetimeIspendactivelyworkingtomeetthegoalsagreedwithmylinemanagerislessthanenvisaged.

Conclusions

Theabovediscrepanciesclearlyindicatethatmycurrentjobbriefisinaccurate.

Rmendations

IwouldrmendthatmyofficialjobbriefshouldbeupdatedusingtheWorksetcolours.Itwouldalsobevaluabletoconsidertheproportionofnon-corecoloursinthepiechartandtoinvestigatewhetherworkintheseareascouldbecarriedoutbysomeoneelsemoresuitedtothesetasks.
