Cao Wei (Cathy), Director of Studies of Compass Foreign languages, has been working as a teacher for nearly 15 years. She received her BA degree in English Literature from Xiamen University, her MA Degree in Applied Linguistics in TESOL from Northumbria University and Trinity TESOL certificate in the UK. Besides teaching classes of various levels, she also involves in IELTS and TOEFL exam preparation courses, teacher training programs and curriculum design.She is very patient and encouraging, students always feel relaxed and are willing to actively participate in various activities. She is especially good at teaching mature students with weak language background.Teaching is not only a career for her, but also an important part of her life. She hopes all the students would enjoy her class, at the same time enjoy language learning as well.
