大家好，我叫丹尼爾。能來張家港EF英孚任教我感到十分開心。在美國的時候，我會利用我的空余時間給那些身患?xì)埣驳暮⒆觽兪谡n，讓他們同樣能感受到學(xué)習(xí)的樂趣。在我的教學(xué)課堂中，我會采用鼓勵機制，激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，讓他們親歷自己每天的進步，從而做到真正自主學(xué)習(xí)。孩子們能和我有良好的互動，感到學(xué)習(xí)是快樂的，這是作為教師的我最想看到的。

我熱愛中國。我喜歡閱讀，桌游，散步，享受各種美食，我的廚藝也很贊?？臻e時間，我喜歡帶上我的吊床出去露營，享受閑暇時光。

　　　　I　am　very　excited　for　this　opportunity　to　teach　in　EF　Zhangjiagang.　In　the　States,　I　would　mostly　teach　the　troubled　youth　or　children　with　disabilities.　To　keep　the　students　motivated,　I　would　utilize　a　positive　feedback　and　reward　system　for　desired　behavior　and　learning.　I　found　that　negative　feedback　for　disagreeable　behavior　was　often　not　necessary　if　you　gave　the　students　respect　and　exhibited　and　air　that　demanded　respect　in　return.　I　am　glad　to　interact　with　the　students　and　make　their　time　exciting　as　they　learn　English.

　　　　I　love　China　very　much.I　enjoy　reading,　playing　board　games,　walking,　cooking,　trying　crazy　foods,　and　camping　with　my　Hammock.
