學(xué)習(xí)效果的管理	私人學(xué)習(xí)顧問(wèn)全程跟進(jìn)你的學(xué)習(xí)情況，每?jī)蓚€(gè)單元進(jìn)行單元測(cè)試，保證學(xué)習(xí)效果。每天設(shè)置一個(gè)小時(shí)的Q&A時(shí)間，讓學(xué)員當(dāng)天的問(wèn)題當(dāng)天解答。	教學(xué)反饋沒(méi)有制度化，不能實(shí)時(shí)提供。
教師資格	中教專業(yè)英語(yǔ)八級(jí)及海外留學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。外教擁有TEFL（或同等證書(shū)）	最低的教學(xué)資格要求
教師上課時(shí)間	學(xué)員每周最多可以獲得40個(gè)小時(shí)的面對(duì)面的主修課或者沙龍課程。	每周只有一到三個(gè)小時(shí)的面授時(shí)間，其他時(shí)間都主要是通過(guò)電腦軟件學(xué)習(xí)。
學(xué)習(xí)效果保障	每周課程顧問(wèn)老師跟進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)情況，老師并做電話回訪，沒(méi)掌握的教學(xué)內(nèi)容可以免費(fèi)讓學(xué)員掌握后在進(jìn)行下一個(gè)級(jí)別的學(xué)習(xí)。	不完善的跟進(jìn)系統(tǒng)，不設(shè)免費(fèi)補(bǔ)課。

They are professional to supplement your need on vocabulary, Grammar and pronunciation etc to help you deal with related English exams.
