由于臨近年末，跳槽成為我們當(dāng)前的熱門話題。很多在職的白領(lǐng)從開始已經(jīng)為來年著手做準(zhǔn)備，或者更換崗位或者謀求高薪；另外2010年剛剛畢業(yè)的學(xué)生大部分剛過完試用期雙向選擇的時(shí)間，還有一些未就業(yè)的還在積極就業(yè)。一年之計(jì)在于春，當(dāng)春天來了的時(shí)候我們已經(jīng)開始了新的生活，這是何等的幸福！

那么如何應(yīng)對(duì)眾多企業(yè)不同人力資源面試取得人事芳心呢？

面試很容易讓人緊張不安。Thoughtssuchas“WhatifIdon'tgetanyjoboffers?”,“WhatifIdon'tgetthejobIwant?”or“WillIacceptapositionthatisn'trightforme?”cancauseconsiderableupset.

越是擔(dān)心，就越是緊張，面試的結(jié)果可能就越差。Hereareafewnotesandpointersonhowtoprepareforinterviewsanddetermineifthisjobistherightoneforyou.

1.Thekeytoreducingyouranxietyisinbeingwell-preparedfortheinterview.Thefirststeptowardsasuccessfuljobinterviewisself-assessment（自我評(píng)估）。Youneedtodecideforyourselfwhatkindofpositionyouwant.Sinceself-knowledgeisthefoundationofalldecisions,aclosescrutinyofyourpriorities,interests,shortandlong-termgoalsisnecessarybeforeanyinterview.

2.Thesecondstepinpreparationforyourinterviewsistoresearchthepaniesyou'llbeinterviewingwith.（對(duì)求職公司充分了解）Youshouldknowasmuchaboutthepanyandthepositionasyoupossiblycan.Asyoudoyourresearch,lookforpointswhereyourinterests,capabilities,goals,andpersonalitymatchthepany'sneedsorwhateverneedsyouthinktheymighthave.

3.Everyinterviewer,whetherdirectlyorindirectly,willexpectyoutobeabletoanswerquestionslike:（準(zhǔn)備好常見問題）Whydoyouwantapositioninthispany?Whatcanyoudoformypany?Thereareafewofthemorepopularinterviewquestions.Takesometimetothinkabouttheanswers,andyou'llbemuchmorepreparedtomakeagreatimpression.Atajobinterview,youremployerswillprobablyaskthefollowing:

·Canyousellyourselfintwominutes？

·Whatisyourstrongesttrait（s）？（你個(gè)性上最大的特點(diǎn)是什么？）

·Givemeasummaryofyourcurrentjobdescription。

·Whydidyouleaveyourlastjob？（你為什么離職呢？）

·Whatcontributiondidyoumaketoyourcurrent（previous）organization？（你對(duì)目前/從前的工作單位有何貢獻(xiàn)？）

·Whatdoyouthinkyouareworthtous？（你怎么認(rèn)為你對(duì)我們有價(jià)值呢？）

·Whatmakeyouthinkyouwouldbeasuccessinthisposition？（你如何知道你能勝任這份工作？）

·Howdoyoudefinesuccess?

·Areyouabletotravel?Relocate?

·Canyoutellmeaboutyourskills?

·Areyouabletouseaputer?

·Canyoudescribeyouridealsupervisor?

·Whydidyouapplyforthisjob?

·Howdoyouusethisspecificputerapplicationtosolveajob-relatedprogram?

·Whatcurrentissuesconcernyouthemost？（目前什么事是你最關(guān)心的？）

·Whatrangeofpay-scaleareyouinterestedin？（你喜歡那一種薪水層次標(biāo)準(zhǔn)？）

·Doyouhaveanysamplesofyourwork?（準(zhǔn)備好你得意的工作成果，并且隨身攜帶，在合適的時(shí)候拿出來給面試官看，可以收到意想不到的效果。）

4.Andyou'resupposedtodressproperly.Asuit,dressshirtandtieareusuallyrequiredformen.Womenshouldweareitherasuitoradresswithaplementaryjacket（外套）。TheyareALWAYSacceptable.

Thosemenwithmorelimitedwardrobesshouldwearanicesportscoatwithcoordinatedslacks（搭配得當(dāng)?shù)男蓍e褲）andshirt.Womenshouldwearanicejacketwithcoordinatedskirtorslacks.Youshouldalwaysavoidwearingsneakers（運(yùn)動(dòng)鞋）tointerviews.雖然很多公司并不要求員工都要穿正裝，但是對(duì)于求職者來說，還是盡量要大方、莊重才好。
